Key Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include: 1. Maintaining an active phone presence to assist guests and coordinate events. 2. Providing daily coaching and constructive feedback on performance, phone etiquette, de-escalation, and sales targets. 3. Conducting regular performance evaluations for our agents. 4. Motivating and guiding agents through feedback and counseling sessions. 5. Consistently monitoring and assessing agent performance.
