Network Expert - (2400001M) **Responsibilities**: The network expert team is part of the customer services group, as a network expert you will act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues. - Ensure 24/7 availability of our network, handling day-to-day production network issues. - Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks. - Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D; on infrastructure improvements. - Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts. - Investigate and resolve network related issues. - The position requires on-call duties. **Requirements**: - Fluent English - 3-5 year’s hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies. - Must have experience with strong routing and switching concepts - CCNP advantage. - Must have experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching. - Must have experience with routing protocols, BGP - a must. - Knowledge with HTTP/s protocol, load balancer and operating systems (Linux) - An advantage - Strong in Layers 3, 4, & 7 - Good communication skills and experience working with customers - a must. - Knowledge of security appliances (such as firewalls) and experience with Radware security and ADC products - significant advantage - Experience with scripting languages such as Python - advantage - Ability to collaborate, sync and manage processes with other teams to achieve incident resolution. - Multitasking and work under pressure - Familiarity with Radware services and products - An advantage Primary Location: CO-CO-Bogota Work Locations: Radware Colombia, Bogota Ak. 9 #115-06 Oficina 605 - Edificio TierraFirme Bogota 110221 Job: Internet/Network Operations
