Reporting to Opella PeopleDirector Europe & Latin America, the Opella HR Head Socopacwill deliver HR strategy & support for all CommercialOperations, Bogotá Hub, Business partnering functions i.e businessperimeter of ~450 people in 5 countries: Colombia, Ecuador, Panamá,and Argentina: - Translate business strategy of these countriesinto a clear and appealing people agenda, for the CHC Commercialaffiliates as well as for other functions (support etc) - Providestrategic HR consulting to GM, business leaders and country-basedpopulations - Drive specific people approaches to address specificCHC business needs & challenges - Help accelerating and drivinga solid CHC consumer centric culture Located Within a Zone / SubRegion / Cluster, a country or a site In link with a HR BP and/orHR Geography, implements HR Policies and programs, supports leadersin all people and organization related matters and labor relationsand performs some administrative tasks. Is responsible for legal& social compliance; faces local management and employees. Mainresponsibilities: HR strategy - Partner with your Business to setthe people strategy which will support the delivery of businessobjectives and ambition at short, mid and long terms - Co-lead andinfuse the CHC mindset in order to be the best Fast Moving ConsumerHealth company IN & FOR the World - Actively contribute toSocopac Business Reviews, budget planning - Engage behind a clearpeople strategy, setting common priorities but also drivingspecific HR initiatives designed to address specific needs of thedifferent teams (Commercial Operations affiliate, Hub…) -Contribute to deploy CHC People roadmap & initiatives withinthe zone - Partner with Leaders to make best decisions on people-and organization-related issues. - Acts as the single point ofcontact locally to drive transversal topics & coordinate commonprocesses at zone level, across functions, supporting the GM Peopleand Organizational Development - Talent Management & SuccessionPlanning: lead Socopac Talent and Succession Plan reviews - Ensurea solid Talent pipeline focusing on CHC critical futurecapabilities for Socopac - Roll-out any global Employer Brandinginitiatives in and outside CHC for Socopac - Promote Diversity,Equity & Inclusion within Socopac, with the strong support ofthe dedicated CHC COE HR “routine”: - Continuous follow up on HClocally, pilot and follow-up critical positions’ vacancies. Manageand plan CHC recruitment budgeting & analysis, hand in handwith Talent CHC team - Ensure processes are compliant with localregulations and partner with local compliance to manage potentialcompliance cases if any About you - Experience: - Experience inhuman resources management, preferably with multinationalcorporations - Well-rounded experience in leadership development,career consulting, compensation, employee relations, culturetransformation, and change management - Soft & technicalskills: - Team Player mindset - Strategic Business partnering -Management & coaching skills - Challenging status quo -Business acumen - Analytical skills - Communication and consultingskills - Decision making - Change management - Priority-settingskills - Financial acumen and analytical skills - Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, HumanResources, or related fields; MBA or Master’s in OrganizationalDevelopment is a plus. - Languages: Strong communication skills inEnglish and Spanish are required Cultural traits / Challengermindset - All in together: Keep each other honest.
