Quality Assurance Engineer We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of our products. Job Description As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases for our products across Salesforce, Web, and API. - Design and develop test cases to ensure the quality and usability of our products. - Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies. - Write, maintain, and improve test automation scripts and testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency. - Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with engineering teams to drive resolutions. - Conduct regression testing and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date test suites for released and in-progress features. - Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) by developing and integrating automated tests and maintaining quality gates across multiple products. - Design, execute, and analyze performance tests to ensure system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness. - Promote best practices in quality engineering, such as code reviews and continuous process improvement. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B/B2C product environments. - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies). - Proficiency in API testing and the use of tools such as Postman or similar. - Ability to write and maintain code (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java) to implement automated tests, custom testing tools, and scripts. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based platforms (AWS required). - Experience with performance testing tools (such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar) and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a strong collaborative mindset.
