Bluelight is seeking a highly analytical and innovative Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading analysis initiatives, including dashboard development and statistical modeling. They will work closely with Data Engineering to ensure seamless collaboration and provide support in training and onboarding new employees. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about using data to drive business growth and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
