Job Title: Senior Product Management Leader This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Performance Management: 1. Own and manage the financial performance of designated markets, ensuring budget, forecast, and actual are met. 2. Monitor monthly financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to drive revenue growth. 3. Conduct profitability analysis on top customer accounts and products, optimizing pricing and cost. - Strategic Development & Market Opportunity Planning: 1. Identify and assess growth opportunities in different markets using loyalty solutions. 2. Develop and update as necessary our strategic plans to align with company objectives and market needs. 3. Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive innovation. - Internal Relationship Management: 1. Act as the key liaison between internal teams, including Customer Solution Center, Account Managers, Local Product teams, and senior leadership for each market. 2. Align and communicate financial results, strategic initiatives, and customer insights with internal stakeholders and leadership teams. - External Relationship Management & Client Engagement: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with top key accounts, ensuring high customer engagement and retention on loyalty solutions. 2. Conduct regular business reviews (quarterly/bi-monthly) with clients to assess their needs and program performance. - Program Management: 1. Ensure smooth execution and protection of existing revenue business, ensuring program continuity and integrity. 2. Manage operational escalations, acting as the key liaison between providers, vendors, and internal teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Financial Acumen: - Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. - Program & Project Management Experience: - Ability to manage multiple programs, ensuring smooth execution. - Strategic Thinking: - Ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and drive long-term plans. - Relationship Management: - Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills, including highly efficient verbal and written communication, able to convey ideas clearly and influence leadership customers. - Communication & Presentation Skills: - Ability to articulate complex information clearly to different audiences. - Influencing & Negotiation Skills: - Proven ability to drive alignment and influence decision-making across teams. - Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: - Ability to identify gaps, analyze risks, and provide data-driven solutions. - Multitasking & Prioritization: - Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
