You'll be the first point of contact for our TourHeroes around the world—managing replies from our cold outreach emails, scheduling calls, answering questions, and keeping everything neat and on track. If you love staying organised, have excellent written English, and enjoy helping people, this role is for you. What You'll Do ? Respond to replies from our email outreach campaigns in a warm, professional, and accurate way Schedule and reschedule calls between TourHeroes and our Business Development team using Calendly Keep the inbox tidy, well-organized, and categorised for easy navigation Work closely with the Business Development team to stay aligned on meeting changes, lead updates, and follow-ups Flag important messages, log key information, and make sure no reply is missed ?
