The Role of a Brand Analyst is crucial in driving volume, sales, and share-of-market (SOM) objectives within a country. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing and executing local brand strategies in close partnership with the Brand Manager and Senior Analyst. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities, adapting initiatives to meet local market needs, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving excellence in the execution of regional and local initiatives by incorporating high-quality insights from consumers, customers, and channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of the consumer goods industry in Colombia, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must also have experience in managing A&M; (Advertising & Marketing) budgets to ensure return on investment (ROI), while meeting W/NW targets and maintaining profitability.
