Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple legal support teams, ensuring high performance, compliance, and consistent delivery. - Maintain strong relationships with legal clients, address escalations, and identify process improvements. - Provide direction and mentorship to team members, offering regular feedback and coaching. - Verify time entries for accurate billing across all client teams. - Facilitate weekly and monthly team meetings for cohesion, transparency, and alignment. - Prepare and present performance reports, client feedback summaries, and service optimization recommendations. - Collaborate with sales and account management teams for client onboarding, including kickoff meetings and training rollout. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and reconcile conflicts with client-specific policies. - Collaborate with Recruitment, IT, HR, and Legal for hiring, transitions, and workforce planning. - Serve as the internal point of contact for staffing process improvements, documentation, and approvals. - Promote team well-being, professional development, and retention in a high-performance environment. - Contribute to strategic planning discussions regarding legal staffing expansion and service innovation. - Monitor KPIs and legal support metrics for trend identification, risk areas, and growth opportunities.
