Role Description Full-time, 8am-5pm (EDT) Mon-Fri in-office position for candidates living in Cali or Bogota, Colombia , with the option to work 1 day from home (remote). Position entitles over-the-phone interaction with end users, stakeholders and service providers in the diagnosis, identification and troubleshooting of complex problems involving network infrastructure. Excellent verbal communication in English is required as our users are 100% located in the USA . The hiring is for an indefinite term directly with our company, with all the benefits of law (in Colombia) on the salary. Experience required Monitoring of network equipment via SNMP/SSH with tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Auvik, etc. Project planning & execution involving migration of network technologies IPSec and SSL VPN protocols with RADIUS (Windows NPS) and MFA SonicWall TZ, NSA and SMA firewalls Cisco switching (Layer 2 & 3). Ubiquiti/UniFi switches and wireless. Backing up of equipment configuration External penetration testing & vulnerability assessment under some framework such as MITRE ATT&CK, SANS HMM or SABRE. SSL and IPSec VPN troubleshooting. Microsoft Azure network monitoring and troubleshooting. Monitor network performance and security. Project planning & execution involving migration of network technologies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with SonicWall and Fortinet firewalls. Strong understanding of network protocols and security. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
