**Important Information** Location: Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Bolivia Work Mode: Remote **Job Summary** **Responsibilities and Duties** - Build and refine supervised and unsupervised models across multiple domains (ex., booked vs. blocked detection, pricing models, demand forecasting). - Explore and clean data from varied sources, ensuring completeness and fitness for modeling. - Engineer features from time-series, tabular, and event-based data. **Qualifications and Skills** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. - Professional/ Advanced English skills. - Have 3 to 6 years of experience in applied data science and/or machine learning. - Possess strong Python skills and are comfortable working in Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus. - Are well-versed in statistical validation techniques and experiment design. - Have experience with real-world messy data - and care deeply about data cleanliness and reproducibility. - Have built and deployed models in production environments, ideally using batch or API-based deployment patterns. - Have deployed ML models into production, and are comfortable thinking about stability, observability, and model lifecycle. - Communicate clearly and are comfortable working asynchronously across teams and time zones.
