We are too**.** **HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING** - Aligns KLA HR Strategy to the Cluster Strategy to improve engagement levels, drive KWS consistency and evolution journey and contribute to the overall operational KPI’s for the cluster - Accountable for Business continuity and COVID Care plan - Improve team development and effectiveness across the plant, starting with the leadership team in the site - Manage Talent through the overall Talent Management regional tools - Develops the next generation of Leaders - Manage critical HR metrics for the cluster - Acts as a guardian of the Kellogg culture: Kvalues & Growth Competencies - Coordinates the relations with the community and others E.G. (Local associations member, product donations, CTM,Governmental) - Is accountable to manage the People Cost and HR Budget properly and in line with corporate guidelines - Leads the People Development Committee for the cluster and is an active member in the talent management strategy regionally - Verifies in direct reports compliance in all polices, programs and participation in all activities oriented to the prevention of injuries, illness and environmental sustainability, modeling safe behaviors, aligned with Kvalues, accountability and the believe that all injuries can be avoided - In case of the identification of any food safety deviation, it has the responsibility of the report and follow up the corrective action.
