Your Community The business development team focuses on acquiring and engaging recruiters across 20+ source markets. Responsibilities include: - Driving student demand through our recruiter network - Generating revenue via recruiter subscriptions and student placements - Expanding revenue streams through products like accommodation, financial services, and travel - Identifying and implementing new revenue opportunities to increase total revenue Your Position As the Account Manager, you will foster growth within Education Agents/Recruiters. You must be based in Bogota, Colombia, and have valid work authorization. Your Impact - Manage a portfolio of Recruiters across Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions to meet and surpass enrollment goals - Build and maintain strong relationships with Recruiters, supporting their sales strategies - Ensure excellent service and delivery to the Recruiter network Your Backstory - At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to agency or indirect recruitment models for international students - Proven success in sales, with experience in indirect sales management - Experience in nurturing customer relationships and proactively understanding business needs - Knowledge of the international student marketplace, including its opportunities and challenges Your Contribution - Implement regional sales plans in collaboration with your manager - Identify growth opportunities and potential risks within the Recruiter network - Achieve and exceed enrollment targets - Serve as the primary contact for Recruiters - Support inquiries with prompt responses, maximizing lead conversion - Prepare performance reports as needed - Represent Adventus at exhibitions and recruitment events - Lead recruiter engagement activities and oversee regional student recruitment efforts - Manage relationships with Recruiters, ensuring SLAs are met and satisfaction is high - Monitor competitor activity to inform market strategy - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, including health and safety, anti-discrimination, anti-bribery, and local laws At Adventus.io, we value diversity and inclusion.
