About Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel This five-star luxury hotel is a fine example of a sympathetically refurbished monument. It's perched on top of an 80-meter cliff, with spectacular views of the Amalfi coast. The hotel has 52 rooms, two first-class restaurants, an infinity outdoor pool, a free panoramic gym, and a SPA. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. 2. Perform and supervise routine and emergency maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems. 3. Plan and monitor the maintenance schedule for preventive and periodic inspections. 4. Manage external suppliers and contractors for specialized and complex work, ensuring service quality and adherence to deadlines. 5. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and technical regulations. 6. Work closely with hotel management to optimize operational costs and propose innovative solutions for energy efficiency and system improvements. 7. Ensure all equipment and systems are fully operational to provide guests with an optimal experience. Requirements - Technical diploma or equivalent professional qualifications (preferably in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical engineering). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality establishments. - In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in maintenance management software. - Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary. - Good command of the English language.
