Job Title: Strategic Business Analyst Cargo Customer Success Sr Analyst This role is responsible for supporting sales strategies and optimizing partner value across 9 countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop action plans. Key Responsibilities: - Apply growth strategies to increase order potential of small and medium-sized partners - Manage collections cycle, including settlement, invoicing, and collections - Ensure targets for quality metrics are met - Identify process improvements and propose creative solutions - Implement growth campaigns and consult with partners - Gather and translate partner feedback into technical features - Design analytics sharing methods, dashboards, and templates Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience in analytics roles within tech or logistics - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field - Strong stakeholder management skills - Fluent in English or Portuguese - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop action plans - Data storytelling and presentation skills - Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude - Intermediate/Advanced Excel and SQL skills Join Our Team: At our company, we believe in delivering magic through our Rappi mission.
