We're seeking a talented Sales Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for building customized demos that showcase our quote-to-revenue platform in action. You will collaborate with Sales and Solution teams to translate customer requirements into sharp demo narratives, prototype product workflows that project how real companies could run on our platform, design clear and elegant visuals and presentations that communicate business value, partner with product, marketing, and engineering to stay ahead of roadmap and positioning, and help with customer evaluations, RFPs, and internal enablement. Responsibilities: - Develop tailored demos that highlight the capabilities of our quote-to-revenue platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling demo narratives - Design and develop product workflows that simulate real-world scenarios - Create engaging visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate business value - Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to inform roadmap and positioning decisions - Support customer evaluations, RFPs, and internal enablement efforts Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical acumen, a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or Business, experience with Salesforce admin, curiosity about how SaaS companies operate, an eye for what makes a great user experience, some coding, scripting or data science experience, a collaborative mindset, and a bias for action, learning, and using the latest tools.
