Thisrole involves partnering with key stakeholders, managing theunderwriting P&L; for Latin America, leading planning andforecasting cycles, and developing scalable analysis to enhancebusiness growth, efficiency, and automation. A focus on systems,processes, and data is essential to improve forecasting, planning,and variance analysis. Key responsibilities: 1. Leading thedelivery of the plan, forecast, and close processes for theunderwriting P&L;, ensuring alignment with regulatorysubmissions. 2. Leading and mentoring the Latin America FP&Ateam.; 3. Producing and presenting quarterly results to regionalstakeholders. 4. Partnering with cost center owners to manageoperating expenses and maintain relevant trackers. 5. Identifying,investigating, and resolving variances against plans and forecasts.6. Developing variance analysis reports and enhancing financialperformance models, including improvements to Anaplan. 7. Escalating financial issues to management and stakeholders. 8. Setting KPIs and business objectives, and recommending strategiesfor underwriting results improvement. 9. Creating MI and commentaryfor management by country, product, and function. 10. Supportingbusiness decision-making with financial insights. 11. Buildingstrong stakeholder relationships. 12. Contributing to ad hocfinancial projects as needed. Qualifications, Education &Experience;: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance,or Accountancy preferred; related analytical disciplinesconsidered. 2. Professional accounting qualification required. 3. At least 5 years of FP&A; experience in an insuranceorganization in Latin America. Knowledge, Skills & Competences:1. Strong organizational and time management skills. 2. Managerialexperience. 3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Anaplan or similar tools is advantageous. 5.
