Global Third-Party Risk and Resilience Lead We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global third-party risk and operational resilience program. - Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a robust third-party risk assessment framework, ensuring due diligence and ongoing monitoring of critical suppliers and vendors. - Collaborate with procurement, legal, compliance, and business units to embed risk controls and resilience requirements into third-party engagements. - Design and maintain a global framework for assessing third-party operational resilience, aligned with regulatory expectations. - Lead incident management and monitoring efforts, supporting root cause analysis and lessons learned. - Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on third-party risk and resilience status. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience: Proven experience in third-party risk management and operational resilience, ideally within financial services or a regulated technology environment. - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify risk themes and hotspots. - Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or law.
