**Job Title:** Key Account Manager - Red Bull Energy Drinks **Job Description:** The role of the Key Account Manager will involve developing a portfolio of key Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Impulse accounts within a given geographical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, ensuring perfect execution of defined model store standards. **Territory and Outlet Management: - Coverage of defined database: Complete all calls allocated to individual territory. - Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner. Administration and development of designated area. **Customer Service and Relationship Building:** - Build great relationships in every call by providing first-class customer service so all opportunities can be exploited. **Stock and Display Management:** - Availability – influence orders to ensure Red Bull SKU's are in stock and on display at all times. - Ensure that stock levels necessary to ensure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets are maintained at all times. - Implementation of Perfect Store standards. - Secure and (where possible, improve) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand. - Placement of POS – ensure POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets visited. **Promotional and Compliance Management:** - Promotional Compliance – ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day. - Implementation of Head Office agreements – ensure the implementation and execution of these agreements. **Administrative Duties:** - Administration – complete all necessary admin monthly on time and accurately. **Qualifications:** - University Degree. - Valid drivers licence. - Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships. - Good selling skills: communication, negotiation and objection handling skills. - Clear understanding of Off Premise channel (retail, impulse, non traditional). - Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths. - Has a basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and preferably mobile Field Force automation.
