Job Description We are seeking an Outbound Engagement Manager to join our team at Scout. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to engage and qualify potential prospects on behalf of multiple clients. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of SDR experience, with a proven track record in outbound calling. - Flawless communication skills – clear, professional, and engaging over the phone. - Self-managed and disciplined, capable of working independently while being coachable.
