This team is responsible for coordinating thepost-sale customer experience, enabling customers to achieveoutcomes, and making the value they’re getting out of HubSpotvisible to drive usage, desired outcomes, retention, and growth. Asa Principal Customer Success Manager (CSM) on the StrategicAccounts team, you will work with a variety of primarilycorporate/enterprise-sized businesses. You will be responsible fordriving product adoption of existing tools, removing roadblocks,proactively managing risk, and identifying opportunities for newproducts and services within your book of business. You’llcollaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, includingleadership, to understand their teams' functions and challenges,and help set them up for long-term growth. In this role, you will:- Oversee the customer experience for a portfolio of 30-40enterprise-level, high-value accounts with the goals of retentionand growth. - Build and foster deep relationships at all levels ofthe customer organization, managing multiple tasks to ensurealignment with their business goals and use cases, and developinglong-term partnerships. - Use strategic thinking, consultativeproblem solving, and deep product knowledge to help your customersachieve measurable business outcomes, explore new use cases, andmaximize their ROI with HubSpot. - Partner with internalcross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, ContractManagement, and HubSpot executive leadership) to develop andexecute success plans that align stakeholders on growth strategiesand risk mitigation. - Create and deliver Executive BusinessReviews, presentations, and strategic consultations to align ongoals, priorities, growth opportunities, and the overall businessvision to support optimal adoption of the HubSpot platform. - Actas a customer advocate, focusing on deep platform solutioning bydeveloping adoption roadmaps, removing technical and culturalbarriers, creating and delivering success plans with clearoutcomes, and aligning internal resources to support customerinitiatives—demonstrating resilience and perseverance throughsetbacks or slow progress. - Travel onsite to deliver strategicconsulting engagements when needed, usually around 2-3 timesannually. - Demonstrate a sustained, significant, and quantifiableimpact on the business in areas such as program development, teamgrowth, and people development. We are looking for candidates whohave: - Business-level English & Spanish proficiency. Apersonal commitment to helping customers succeed. - Experienceworking with large organizations (200+ employees). - Experiencemanaging a minimum of $5-6M ARR. - A proven track record ofimpacting customer results through creative problem-solving,strategic consulting, and change management. SaaS platformexperience is preferred but not required. - Strong communicationand relationship-building skills, with the ability to multithreadacross stakeholders and deliver compelling executive presentations.- Comfort with navigating change. - Project management expertise,including planning and executing strategic initiatives. -Experience with risk management, account retention, and renewalstrategies. - An autonomous, proactive approach to identifyingchallenges and solving them collaboratively. - Experience as aSenior CSM, Senior Account Manager, or in strategic partnerships. -Experience working with VP+ or C-suite decision-makers.
