This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to contribute to the success of our clients. - Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure that QA objectives are met. - Test Planning: Plan tests, write test cases, and ensure requirement traceability. - Test Execution: Execute tests—smoke, regression, end-to-end—and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Automation: Identify scope for test automation and develop/execute automation scripts. - Defect Management: Manage defects, perform triage, and conduct retesting/regression testing. - Test Environment Management: Prepare test data, manage test environments in coordination with release teams. - QA Practices: Work with Product Owners, Technical Managers, architects, and development teams to implement QA practices. - Reporting and Insights: Review testing activities periodically with leadership and provide quality reports and insights to management. - Risk and Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate risks and issues for resolution. - Process Improvements: Support QA leadership in process improvements, transformation, and innovation. Experience and Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. - Experience: 5+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in agile scrum teams. - Skills: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution. - Desirable Skills: Experience in E2E QA, test data and environment management; automated testing tools and frameworks. - Personal Qualities: Quick learner with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
