IT Support Professional Wanted We're looking for a proactive IT support professional to manage hardware, software, and IT assets across multiple locations. If you're a motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for IT, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role. - Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanner guns, audio visual equipment, and mobile devices/tablets. - Perform SOP-based software installations, support, and updates (includes MS Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, Teams). - Assist with infrastructure and network connectivity issues as per instructions from senior teams. - Provide basic training to end-users on hardware and software usage. - Support physical intervention for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. - Assist with physical rack and stack operations. - Participate in performing physical audits and asset tagging. - Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner as per SLA. - Perform installations, moves, adds, changes, and decommissions (IMACD) of IT equipment. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all work performed. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Computer Science or related field. - Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better. - Experience: Minimum 18 months' years of IT experience. - Skills: Mobile device management, including iOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory. - Soft Skills: Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment, ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities, meet SLAs, willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support. - Languages: Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English.
