Account Sales Manager Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Manager to collaborate closely with business leaders and line managers to achieve organizational objectives. This role requires strong management skills for strategic customer accounts, driving business growth, and fostering trust-based customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure existing customer contracts meet revenue, ASP, and cash collection targets. - Lead contract renewals and customer offer preparations. - Drive negotiations and ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines. - Foster strong customer relationships to secure long-term loyalty. - Prepare accurate budgets and revenue forecasts. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue streams. - Align customer needs with our product roadmap and lead product migrations. Requirements: - +5 years of relevant experience as an Account Sales Manager involved in project management activities, customer service experience, and global team management. - Nice to have background in Finance Industry, familiarity with Smart Cards, EMV, and cryptographic technologies. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (intermediate or advanced).
