Competitive salary + Monthly performance-based bonus What We’re Looking For: 1. Graduates in Engineering or related fields 2. Proven experience leading WFM teams (RTAs & WFM Analysts) 3. Strong knowledge of contact center methodologies & operational principles 4. Genesys expertise is mandatory (IEX knowledge is a plus) 5. Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail 6. Strong leadership & ability to influence key stakeholders Responsibilities: 1. Manage WFM personnel , ensuring accurate forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring. 2. Review and approve forecasts, schedules, and workforce plans to maintain efficiency. 3. Partner with Operations, Business Development & Clients to optimize workforce strategies. 4. Analyze and report historical performance statistics for both call centers and agents . 5. Work closely with IT & HR teams to ensure smooth system configurations and hiring processes. 6. Lead staff planning & budget meetings to align with business goals. 7. Ensure real-time intraday management to meet service level requirements. 8. Drive continuous improvements in workforce efficiency and customer service performance.
