Job Description We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Consumer team, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects from inception to delivery. Your primary focus will be on leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with clients to scope out projects, gather requirements, and manage project documentation. As a seasoned professional in digital project management, you will have a proven track record of managing concurrent digital projects, such as websites, applications, and campaign rollouts. You will also possess a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project scoping best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications - A minimum of 4 years' experience in digital project management, preferably within a digital or creative agency environment. - Proven expertise in managing budgets, resource planning, timelines, and delivery using project management tools. - Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
