Job Title: Cloud Network Expert Leader Radware is a global provider of cybersecurity protection solutions for networks and applications. Our company excels in providing cutting-edge Cloud Services, which are rapidly expanding in key markets. Responsibilities: - Serve as an escalation point for the NOC (Network Operations Center), customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues. - Lead a team of 6 skilled Network experts based in Colombia and the US. - Manage team members' knowledge and training on new features and tools. - The team will be part of Radware's Global network experts group, working 24/7, including 1-2 Saturdays a month. - Collaborate with Cloud Engineering on deployments, upgrades, and maintenance tasks. - Assist with incident response and support customers during network events. - Work closely with network architects, engineering, and R&D; to enhance infrastructure. - Monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts. - Investigate and resolve network and application-related issues. Requirements: - Fluent English communication skills - written and verbal. - At least 5 years' experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies. - 2+ years of experience as a manager or technical lead. - Strong leadership skills. - Experience with routing and switching concepts, preferably CCNP certified. - Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and routing protocols, especially BGP. - Knowledge of HTTP/s protocol, load balancers, and operating systems (Windows and Linux). - Good customer experience and service-oriented attitude. - Understanding of security appliances and Radware products is a significant advantage. - Experience with scripting languages like Python. - Ability to collaborate and manage processes with other teams. - Multitasking and ability to work under pressure. - Familiarity with Radware services and products.
