Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement effective testing strategies to deliver exceptional results that meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create comprehensive test plans including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. 2. Develop and implement a quality process covering all application layers. 3. Execute tests and support other testers throughout the testing process. 4. Collaborate with Squad Leaders to improve delivery quality using performance metrics. 5. Identify and document defects, ensuring thorough communication with the development team. 6. Assist in the continuous improvement of testing practices and tools.
