Technical Lead for Advanced Scientific Workflows Becoming a key technical lead in designing, developing and maintaining sophisticated scientific workflows, dashboards and integrated reporting solutions across various platforms is an exciting opportunity. - Designing and implementing automated workflows using Pipeline Pilot to optimize analytics and lab execution. - Developing data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau, Spotfire and Discoverant. - Building and integrating pipelines from diverse sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Denodo, Starburst). - Constructing complex queries in Oracle to retrieve and blend data from multiple systems. - Developing custom components and tools using JavaScript, Python, R, .NET, XML, HTML and RESTful APIs. Requirements 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Life Sciences or related field. 2. 4-6 years of experience in pharma/biotech IT systems. 3. Experience with complex datasets and building pipelines. - Discoverant and Pipeline Pilot proficiency. - Laboratory Execution Systems configuration and workflow automation expertise. - Data engineering and dashboard development skills any (Tableau, Spotfire or Denodo). - Prior exposure to legacy platforms (ELN, LIMS).
