The HR Performance Excellence Analyst will work closely with the HR PE and Transformation Lead and the entire HR Operations, Systems, and Employee Experience global team to ensure excellent delivery and enhance the overall employee experience. Our goal is to simplify, standardize, and automate our team's work wherever possible by creating, maintaining, and enhancing global processes and tools. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure operational excellence of our internal platform, which shares information on benefits, policies, and everyday HR processes with employees, managers, and Market HR Partners, and collects and responds to their queries. - Analyze M&G; data using Power BI and Excel for deep dives, gain insights, and prepare presentations for key stakeholders. - Collect feedback from stakeholders and implement design changes to the platform in Power Apps and Power Automate. - Participate in the design and testing phase of the Workday Help module, which will replace the platform in Q3 2025. - Ensure a seamless transition to the new Workday module by coordinating and training local teams. - Review our policies, processes, and ways of working to identify opportunities for streamlining, eliminating waste, and redundancy. - Anticipate problems and clear the path for the Global P.E. Lead. Qualifications: - Understanding of common HR administrative and operational work across employee full cycle administration. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong interest in learning and ability to take learning opportunities when they arise. - Ability to build strong partnerships and work closely with people across all levels of the company. - Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. - Proven track record with a say-do ratio and interest in being accountable and in control of their performance. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Statistics, or HR. - 4+ years' work experience in complex corporate structures (multi-national companies preferred), ideally in HR systems and operations. - Good knowledge and experience of data analysis techniques and tools. - Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of MS-Excel. - Good hands-on experience of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Good interpersonal skills are a must.
