Senior Talent Acquisition Partner About the Job We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Services function at Sanofi Hubs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class recruitment services globally across various business lines, including General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D;, and Manufacturing. Main Responsibilities: - Assume accountability for all Recruitment Services delivered across the hub, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's business strategy and global talent acquisition priorities. - Play a key role in the seamless integration and transition of new recruitment services into the hub, ensuring minimal disruption and a positive experience for stakeholders. - Lead the planning and coordination of recruitment activities within the hubs, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery models. - Lead and manage a mix of experienced and junior recruiters and manage the workload for all recruiters in the hub. - Support the organization in understanding talent needs, provide advice on the appropriate hiring strategy and approach, and advise the organization's hiring managers and leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning. - Led the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices, oversee consistent compliance with established recruitment best practices and processes, and help and advise hiring managers on writing job descriptions, benchmarking, and candidate selection. - Led in-house efforts to develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to network, source, assess, and hire talent. - Oversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance, provide feedback on their performance, and act as a mentor to the team. Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required. - Own the reporting and analysis of key performance metrics (SLAs) for all hub-based recruitment services. - Champion a customer-centric approach within the hubs, ensuring that candidate and hiring manager needs are prioritized. About You You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment, and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. Requirements: - Proven track record of success in recruiting the best talent. - Strong Leadership skills. - Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations. - Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills. - Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
