Support the Early Years and Primary Section This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to provide support to our Early Years and Primary section. As a teaching assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals of delivering high-quality education to our students. Key Responsibilities: - To work closely with our experienced teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. - To assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters positive relationships between students, teachers, and staff. - To help students develop essential life skills, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective communication. - To maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, as required by our administration team. Requirements: - Education: A bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Modern Languages, or a related field is highly desirable. - Experience: Previous experience working with preschool and primary students, particularly those following the IB program, would be advantageous. - Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, tolerance, respect, empathy, and a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential. - English level: Proficiency in English, ideally at C1 level or higher.
