Customer Service Representative Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise. Main Responsibilities: - Provide positive and approachable customer engagement. - Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment for customers. - Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transport merchandise from stockroom to sales floor. - Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store. - Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system. - Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment by remaining constantly aware of customer activity. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents. - Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments. - Physical ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs and occasionally up to 55lbs. - Flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
