Job Description: We're seeking a highly skilled AI Conversation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building AI-driven conversations across our customer support channels. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technology and shape the way our customers interact with our brand through automated support. You will work closely with our UX/UI designers, engineers, developers, CS teams, PMs, and compliance to deliver high-quality chatbot experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) concepts and experience in designing and building conversation flows for chatbots or virtual assistants. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in conversational design, chatbot development, or a similar role. - Demonstrable experience in designing and building conversation flows for chatbots or virtual assistants. - Solid understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) concepts (intents, entities, utterances, confidence scores, training data). - Experience with analyzing chatbot performance metrics and user feedback to drive improvements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
