Join the K Family in Bogotá. You will lead the quality and sanitation programs at the Pacific plants, ensuring their effectiveness at the floor and administrative level, generating and executing short and medium-term strategies for quality and sanitation programs based on the Kellanova principles to ensure compliance of the established objectives and corporate requirements together with the specific regulations of each country. This role supervises a team in Bogotá and Guayaquil. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Audits - Lead external, internal, corporate and regulatory audits that are held at the plant. Daily walks accomplishments to ensure Quality and Safety programs requirements. Supervises Maintenance Program - Administration of the Environmental Monitoring program and Major Maintenance and construction, allergens, chemicals, verification and validation, customer and consumer complaints. Monitoring and influencing the plant building maintenance program (Maintenance of floors, walls, ceilings, etc.) Lead the plant's microbiology program ensuring compliance with preventive actions through annual validation schedules and risk analysis of maintenance activities in the plant. Food Safety Program - Execution of the training program related to Food Safety and Quality. Administration of the monthly indicators of Quality and Health, generating the systemic actions that guarantee that they allow reaching the targets of both plants. Ensure compliance with food safety indicators through their participation and monitoring of the Golden Six internal audit program and promoting a culture of food safety. Your Recipe for Success Bachelors Degree in Science, Chemistry or related Advanced English 6 years of experience in Quality or Food Safety combined with 3 years of supervisory experience Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills Experience in food, mass consumption or related industries.
