Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization - Working within Operations pillar of the Partner Program team, the Product Content lead will support the execution of the product launches. The Master Data Lead will liaise with internal and external stakeholders analysing the product initiatives. A primary responsibility of this role is to ensure a successful product launch since will be accountable for managing data related to adidas and Reebok products and guarantee correct product integration flow for new partners implementation. The secondary responsibility is to guarantee the right product lifecycle management and communicate ensuring timely task completion, providing end-to-end direction of the master data process. - Key Responsibilities - Manage the article and product data integration for adidas and Reebok within Partner Program Latin America by clear reporting and problem solving_._ - Responsible for the creation, maintenance, transfer and reporting of correct and consistent data between the adidas product management systems and Partner Program vendor product systems. - Lead the Master Data processes and product integration flow for new partners rollouts, support project team identifying the fulfilment of all master data requirements (Partner and adidas). - Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth. - Serve as the main point of contact for master data team, organizing the backlog and tracking and reporting on KPIs, product and related product metrics. - Align with all stakeholders and capture Partner specific requirements to ensure data improvements and optimal presentation of our products on their websites (filter navigation, searchability, data quality, user experience) - Ensure the timely availability of images, videos, copy and translations for all relevant LAM markets in our system and vendor systems. - Guiding the success of a product & leading cross-functional master data tasks. - Lead and Support account Management in daily monitoring of our accounts. - Manage the global range plan, identify need for local asset creation and guarantee timely range creation in all eCommerce markets. - Coordinate the asset production for Latin America with GACT ensuring that retail intro dates and tiering structure is adhered to. - Pro-actively communicate the need for local asset creation and share information on updates to global style-guides to our accounts and create feedback to our Global Asset Creation Team. - Identify and solve issues with the product data for our accounts and capture all requirements. - Coordinate improvements to the product master data template. - Coordinate the implementation of the changes to the data structure with all markets - Other duties as requested by your manager. - Guide file automatization projects for Master Data team and support enhancement projects (Desirable) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Excellent PC & system knowledge, especially Excel (advanced level) - Extensive problem solving and analytical skills and have a brand-appropriate understanding - Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, to interact effectively and efficiently across departments, locations and levels of management - Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus (Postuguese) - Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications - University degree in business administration, engineer, information technology or similar discipline - Strong experience managing the entire product lifecycle - Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams. - Experience in project management and process monitoring is desirable. - Minimum 2 year of product management experience with a recognised top-tier brand - **Ideally 2 years experience in Merchandising / Product Master Data.**: - Basic or stong knowledge in data analyst and programming systems as Power BI - Python.
