Job Description The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology. They should have excellent communication and visual presentation skills, as well as the ability to provide day-to-day support for voice and multi-channel solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications - Troubleshooting skills: The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills in Avaya, Genesys, NICE contact center technology platforms. - Software expertise: Proficiency in software applications such as Genesys, Nice, or other contact center technologies is preferred. - Collaboration skills: The candidate should be able to collaborate with various departments and teams to resolve complex technical issues.
