Colombia (Remote) **POSITION DETAILS**: **DEPARTMENT**:Sales** **LOCATION**: Colombia/Remote **REPORTS TO**: Sales, Director **YOUR-DAY-TO-DAY**: - Create content to support the sale ensuring up-to-date knowledge of GoContact services. - Get to know GoContact's potential customers, keeping up to date on the needs, expectations, and background of the company's target audience. - Identify the target audience and make contact with potential customers, according to the Sales and Marketing plans and strategies; - Collect leads and carry out the respective qualification of their potential to follow-up, monitor - and closing of the process by the Sales team, contributing to the increase of business and fulfillment of the defined objectives; - Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams in terms of sharing information and leads for business development; - Prepare a report with the results of the defined operational indicators. - Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and solutions within its scope of action, looking for new sources of information and suggesting innovative actions and approaches that contribute to the development of GoContact. **WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**: - Management of CRM (Salesforce, hubspot) preferably, not exclusive. **ABOUT BROADVOICE**: Broadvoice is more than just a leading cloud communications company; we're the architects of global connections.
