Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate reservations to ensure seamless guest experiences. - Maintain accurate records of incoming calls and coordinate resolutions. - Develop strong relationships with guests and colleagues to drive business growth. - Enhance quality levels of product and service while prioritizing guest satisfaction. - Monitor and address any guest satisfaction issues in a timely manner.
