Provide business insights on theground and work closely with the cross-functional and LATAM team todevelop a relevant business strategy that meets complianceguidelines and moves us forward to our ambition. Mainresponsibilities - Position Workforce: Lead the team to embracethis disruptive approach and work efficiently on agile principles.Ensure the rest of the organization accepts and supports. -Strategic Transformation: Actively drive the evolution of the roleof promotion aligned to the acceleration of Customer Engagement, AIand Access capabilities while proposing further structure,capabilities and ways of work’s evolution to reflect on market andportfolio acceleration. - Drive for results: Be very ambitious;develop competitive intelligence and high market understanding tocatch business opportunities; allocate adequately resources acrossthe portfolio; deliver sales and profit targets. - High PerformanceCulture: Build a high performing team, while finding the “perfectmatch” with the philosophy, with the right set of competencies andthe ability and will to bring success; foster the development ofthe team; adopt a retention plan. - Strategic translator:Contribute to the elaboration of the Marketing Plan and ensure itscorrect execution; coach closely its organization to collaborateefficiently with local and LATAM marketing, Customer Engagement andMedical to implement successfully top-down and bottom-up strategiesand initiatives. - Inspirational Leadership: Be an active member ofthe leadership team and position unique and positive leadership intimes of change. Become an advocate of Talent Development andNorthStar Strategy. - Mastering the matrix: Develop a strongcollaboration with all support functions and LATAM to reduce timeto market, optimize price and margin, ensure the availability ofproducts in the best quality for patients and to get best supportand bring best environment for the team’s success. - Challengestatus quo: Liaise with GSA MCO functions to establish network andenable rapid decision taking for matters with critical importanceand position as the main facilitator of our vision. - InfieldEffectiveness: Continuously look to improve the efficacy of theteam applying sales force excellence principles; work actively withSFE / Business effectiveness. - Compliance: Respect corporatecommitment and compliance guidelines. Ensure that all productswithin the portfolio comply. About you - Education Background:Several years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales/marketingexperience. - Pharmaceutical Industry Understanding: StrongHealthcare system knowledge is mandatory in Colombia and otherCOPAC countries. - Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish andEnglish. - Experience: Proven solid senior and dynamicsales/promotional/commercial experience in Pharma/biopharma orHealthCare industry. - Specialties Business Acumen: Understandingof specialties markets, competition, future market trends andentire local healthcare ecosystem. - G2M: Significant experience onSales and Marketing operating model, Go To Market (GTM)transformation. - Promotional Accountability: Proven successfulexperience in P&L; and resource management. - EcosystemUnderstanding: Proven experience in understanding ofPharma/HealthCare dynamic, customer relationship management andcritical performance metrics. - Transformation and ChangeManagement: Proven experience in leading or accompanying workforcetransformations and propelling new ways of working. - Build HighPerformance Culture: Proven experience in leading teams'performance and a clear people chapter/agenda to continuouslyoptimize performance, raise the bar and create a sustainable highperforming culture. - Soft and Technical Skills: People Leadership,long People management experience and building teams; Globalmindset: able to understand and contribute to the global frameworkcombined with local execution; Customer Engagement Advocate: solidcomprehension of CE trends and CE Culture to keep propelling ourcustomer centric vision and shifting the scope from relationshipmanagement to more scientific engagement to ensure that detailingadds value to stakeholders; Analytical: Strong strategic planningand analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex marketdata and insights into actionable strategies.
