It's this global reach and innovation that sets us apart. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to help them succeed. From initial contact to contract signing, you’ll own the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless client experience while contributing to Paymentology’s market expansion. What you get to do:: Maintain visibility of new business relationships and opportunities. Find and develop new clients for Paymentology products. Develop strategies for identifying and pursuing new business prospects. Work closely with the Regional Director to target key markets and prospects. Develop an annual sales pipeline with prospects and targets. Accurately report on the sales pipeline on an ongoing basis. Diagnose prospect needs and advise on appropriate product or service solutions. Own the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing. Nurture and manage regional pipeline opportunities to achieve sales targets. Manage complex commercial negotiations. Collaborate with legal counsel and finance teams as needed. Take responsibility for sales tasks, including client contract signature. Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Grow Paymentology’s customer base in the region. Travel: 30% - 40% What it takes to succeed: Knowledge of the cards and payments industry, especially issuing. Detail-oriented, with the ability to grasp complex market and economic drivers. Strong time management and multitasking skills across different time zones. Self-starter able to define priorities and deliver results. Ability to qualify leads and identify decision-makers. Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders, internally and externally. Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills. Resilient mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Education & Experience: Higher education in management, marketing, or business preferred (or equivalent work experience). 5–7 years of business development experience in fintech or payments. Proven track record in solution sales and managing complex sales processes.
