Pricing Specialist Job Description We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our team. As a Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and approving special price requests utilizing data analytics generated from DGS within an Industry Affinity model and within Delegation of Authority Limits. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with moderate supervision. You will utilize standard analytical tools, policies, and procedures to drive data-driven decisions when approving and/or renewing Customer Special Price Agreements. As a Pricing Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Global Temporary Agreements, GRM. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven analytics via DGS to review and approve special pricing requests within stated Delegation of Authority limits and internal control policies and procedures. - Interface Management: Interface with Sales, Distributors, Product, and Business Unit Managers for escalating Special Price Requests and provide data-driven facts to support recommendations. - Outlier Management: Execute Outlier Management initiatives within guidelines. - Pricing Recommendations: Analyze data and make pricing recommendations for temporary, project-related agreements. - Achievement of Goals: Achieve AOP Price Variance goals. - Negotiation Support: Support Sales in planning and executing negotiations. Requirements: - Education: At least 3 years of general experience in similar roles. - Languages: Advanced English level. - Preferred Education: Data Analysis, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Finance. - Preferred Experience: Data analysis and modeling within an industrial B2B environment or equivalent educational/job experience. - Sales or Product Management Experience: Sales or Product Management experience.
