Job Description We are seeking a Cultural Transformation and Engagement Coordinator to support our company's cultural transformation strategy and engagement initiatives across six Latin American countries. The role involves executing event agendas, managing engagement data, and coordinating key cultural initiatives to create memorable and measurable experiences for our employees, fostering a sense of belonging, strategic alignment, and a high-performance culture. The coordinator will also be responsible for analyzing cultural KPIs, providing logistical and operational support to cultural ambassadors, and supporting wellness, culture, and communication initiatives. Main Responsibilities Coordinate the logistics of cultural transformation, wellbeing, and recognition events across the six countries. Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and SharePoint with engagement data, participation, and cultural KPIs. Analyze survey data, participation, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Provide administrative and operational support to cultural ambassadors, including activity tracking, materials, agendas, and reports. Support the execution of internal communication and engagement campaigns, creating visual and textual content. Manage relationships with event vendors, ensuring quality standards and budget compliance. Document and systematize processes, templates, and protocols for cultural activities and events. Stay updated on trends in engagement, organizational culture, corporate events, and digital tools. Encourage participation and networking among employees from different countries and departments. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 1-2 years in Communication, Human Resources, Corporate Events, or Project Management. Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. Technical Skills: Event management and corporate logistics, Data analysis, Advanced Excel, Power BI (desirable), Budget and vendor management, Content creation for internal communication. Competencies: Excellent organization and planning, attention to detail, results-oriented, clear oral and written communication, teamwork, multicultural collaboration, creativity, proactivity, autonomy, interpersonal skills, and positive influence.
