The Global HUB will _ - leverage_ - untapped combination of talent pool._ Main responsibilities: Manage the operational activities related to procure to pay, Pricing Analytics, other project management activities pertaining to specific GBU related Studies and project coordination areas.- - Provide project management expertise and support on pre-defined projects, document and set up the processes in Bogotá centre in compliance with operating model, guidelines, and policies.- - Provide leadership, guidance, and strategic inputs for all Sanofi Global Hub Projects team personnel with different level of expertise through all projects of one or more Therapeutic Areas.People: - Monitor progress of work and provide solution to issues and queries on daily basis.- - Resource and back-up planning for business continuity.- - Provide suggestions on project initiation, planning, execution and closing. Oversee project schedules and budgets, cost tracking, status reporting, project communication, information gathering, coordination and facilitation of meetings, tracking and resolution of issues, and tracking risks and resources.- - Identify areas for innovation and implement with external and internal partners.- - Effective work allocation to the team.- - Share best practices and serve as a change agent and facilitator for operational excellence.- - Support team initiatives and objectives, identify and recommend process improvements and other value-added initiativesPerformance: - Collaborate with global stakeholders for future projections and setting up the timelines.- - Ensure that team delivers the ongoing projects as per agreed timelines.- - Ensure that team follows defined/agreed quality parameters/review before sending out deliverables to the stakeholders.- - Support team to get resolution on timely basis for technical glitches.- - Closely monitor projects, ensure timely completeness of project tracker, archival of documents in repositories, and maintaining other necessary tracking tools to keep trackers and repositories audit readiness.- - Support Team in effective management of multiple projects in parallelProcess: - Develop strong understanding of the ways of working of assigned areas such as e Buy Project Management, Pricing Analytics - Gross to Net Forecasting process and consolidation of inputs from various stakeholders, Forecast model assumptions, dashboard creation and other analytics.- - Support team to use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business practices and corresponding SOPs to improve the project processes.- - Keep abreast of operational excellence techniques and facilitate constant skill up-gradation of organization employees.- - Support team to drive project governance meetings with various stakeholders from business, and transformation teams and execute effective coordination to track and monitor the progress of the projects.- - Identify and propose automation solutions to the stakeholders.Stakeholders: - Support global stakeholders for project planning, resource allocation and ensure the business continuity as per agreed plans.- - Help global stakeholders for process improvements, risk mitigation plans, and new initiatives.- - Drive effective collaboration with stakeholders to understand their requirements and to propose solutions in-line with their expectations.- - Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders (including Business Transformation team) within the allocated GBU.- - Maintain regular governance with various stakeholders and bring innovative solutions meeting stakeholder requirements- About you_Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience with project management experience. Experience in Analytics would be preferred- - Soft skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities- - Technical skills: MS office (including Teams, SharePoint), knowledge of analytical tools such as Smartsheet, Power Bi, Qliksense, Tableau, Smartsheet, advanced excel (including VBA) and Alteryx would be a plus- - Education: Bachelor’s and postgraduate degree in related areas and post.
