The position involves reviewing medical and other data to accurately link information to corresponding claims, receiving inbound call inquiries, and responding professionally. - Responsibilities: - Resolve complex employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. - Navigate company policies and procedures to find solutions. - Interact with all levels of management and medical providers in a professional manner. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Work effectively in a team environment. Requirements: - One year of general office support or call center experience in a fast-paced environment. - Possess strong customer service skills and professionalism. - Ability to interact with all levels of management, both internally and externally. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills and concise written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision with high attention to detail. Work Environment: - On-site work at Tranvia Medellin. - English proficiency writing and speaking (advanced level). - Grade 8 education. - Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm work hours. - Hybrid work mode.
