Public-Private Partnership Specialist Job Description The World Bank Group is the largest global development institution focused on emerging markets, leveraging private sector power to end extreme poverty and boost shared prosperity. Our mission is to increase access to basic infrastructure and social services by facilitating private investments in these sectors through public-private partnerships (PPPs). We provide financial advisory services to client governments, structuring and implementing PPP transactions across all infrastructure sectors, including power, water, transportation, digital, and waste-to-energy, as well as social sectors such as health and education. The role acts as Lead Transaction Advisor to national and subnational governments, developing financial analysis and models to assess project feasibility, selecting consultants, and assisting in business development, project scoping, and execution. Main Responsibilities: - Develop financial models and analysis to assess project viability and identify potential opportunities for growth. - Select and engage consultants to support transaction advisory services, ensuring their terms of reference are aligned with our goals and objectives. - Assist in business development, preparing pitchbooks, proposals, and marketing materials to attract investors and secure funding. - Support the team in undertaking project scoping, assessing feasibility, and preparing financial models and analysis. - Manage project execution, preparing documentation, notes, and presentations for internal approval processes and client deliverables.
