Strategic Partnership Manager As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Senior Advisors. This involves ensuring they achieve their lead goals through effective time management and the execution of our established process. You will be responsible for nurturing these strategic partnerships and driving successful outcomes for both our organization and our referral partners. The role requires: - Managing the entire pre-sales conversion funnel to convert Potential Partners into New Partners and manage the referral lifecycle until a Discovery Meeting is scheduled or a lead is created. - Executing comprehensive partner account management strategies to maximize partnership effectiveness. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with Senior Advisors to ensure successful lead generation. - Proposing process improvements where applicable to enhance partnership outcomes. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development roles in similar environments. - 1+ year of experience working in sales/business development/account manager roles. - Strong relationship-building and communication skills. - Advanced level of English. Nice to have: - Bachelor's degree from a US university.
