Job Overview: The role involves analyzing data to enhance merchant experience through process improvements. - Conduct in-depth analysis of operational issues and provide timely assistance. - Perform complex data analysis of CX metrics and identify patterns indicating failures. Key Responsibilities: - Document processes and maintain records of incidents and findings. - Resolve operational or support issues reported by partners. - Participate in feedback sessions to suggest improvements. Requirements: - Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communication, or related degree. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or area. - Experience in consulting is a plus. - Advanced Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, formulas). - Knowledge of SQL and database management. - Desirable: customer service tools experience. - Strong communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, analytical, and proactive attitude.
