Required Skills and Qualifications: - 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role. - Strong communication skills (both spoken and written). - Detail-oriented, fast learner, with a positive and proactive attitude. - Tech-savvy and comfortable using phone systems and digital tools. - Empathetic, people-centered, and eager to support others. - A true team player who is open to feedback and adaptable to change.
