As a Quality Assurance Director, you will lead our on-site team in Bogotá, Colombia, working closely with teams in Bucharest and Vancouver. We are looking for a talented leader to manage our Quality Assurance efforts and partner with leadership teams across the globe. About the Role - Align teams towards outlined objectives and ensure milestone achievement - Balance project scope, timelines, and overall quality - Identify and mitigate risks, manage blockers, prioritize tasks, and guarantee project goals are met - Ensure effective reporting to stakeholders - Build, mentor, and support QA teams, ensuring professional development and effective collaboration - Promote a culture of continuous improvement - Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, including developers, analysts, and producers - Enhance operational effectiveness by assessing current practices, implementing new strategies, and increasing predictability - Manage scope and capacity across the Bogota QA team - Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for cost-effectiveness and efficiency - Talent management and succession planning to improve the testing discipline - Monitor and evolve talent skill mix through training and recruitment plans - Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion - Conduct performance reviews, career development, and training
